Computing TechnologieS Inc. (CoTs) is looking for a candidate to provide programming support for the Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS) which includes cost analysis of projects, participation in system requirement and design reviews on proposed System Change Requests (SCRs). This position performs SABRS program code updates, new program development, and unit testing in accordance with SCRs. And will require knowledge of NATURAL, ADABAS, COBOL, CICS, JCL, SYNSORT, N2O and PANAPT. This position will participate in Technical Solution Reviews (TSRs), Design Peer Reviews (DPRs), Code Peer Reviews (CPRs), and Test Peer Reviews (TPRs) to aid in development and programming of new System requirements. This position will provide documentation such as Cost Estimates, Analysis Spreadsheets, and Migration Documentation in accordance with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel and SharePoint. Additionally research for development of solutions, and completion of Production Trouble Reports (PTR) to resolve production support problems and performs estimates using the SETT database. Position will produce SABRS Development and Training Documentation as needed as well as training and orientation for new and junior programmers as needed.

 

Must be US citizen and able obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, Degree preferred or experience may be substituted.
