Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Kansas City, MO
Computing TechnologieS, Inc.(CoTs) is seeking a Marine Online Help Desk support analyst whom will support and assist management in the numerous administrative and command processes conducted in Marine Online (MOL)program by the Active Duty and Reserve components of the Marine Corps. Help Desk Team Analysts duties and responsibilities include providing support to all MOL account users administrative and functional process guidance, responding by responding to support requests. Position will provide training and technical guidance Marine Online Modules covering processes such as Leave, Promotion Recommendations, Composite Score Calculations, MOL Security and many others. The Help Desk responds to all MOL customers and provides issue resolution and proposes enhancements to Functional Managers for possible system improvements. Typically 0-2 years of customer service support experience with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated a working knowledge of Marine Online and a general knowledge of current USMC financial and administrative systems experience and their respective business process applications to facilitate ongoing MOL training and helpdesk support tasks highly desired.
Must be US citizen and able obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
