SECTION 508 COMPLIANCE

CoTs will address Section 508 requirements on a case-by-case basis for individual Delivery Order's and/or BPA's. In the event Section 508 applies to an individual Delivery Order or BPA, and the Delivery Order or BPA solicitation presents no exception, the Delivery Order or BPA shall specify the ordering agencies compliance strategy (i.e., selection of technical performance standards/requirements and/or technologies to be used, based upon the ordering agency's market research), as provided for under the Rehabilitation Act and FAR Final Rule, in order for CoTs to appropriately develop and cost a technical approach that is responsive to Section 508 requirements of the individual Delivery Order or BPA.
