Mr. Turnbull is an award-winning Executive and Program Manager who has over sixteen years of experience as a manager and analyst in positions of increasing responsibility. His experience involves solving complex computer operations problems including information systems program management. He directly manages over 190 employees and is a member of four transportation committees. Mr. Turnbull currently provides managerial and technical assistance in specialized program analysis and system improvement tasks for our Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Single Family (SF), and Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC) contracts.
