Mr. Claud Clay serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for COmputing TechnologieS (CoTs). He has over 40 years of exceptional experience in both government and industry conceiving, planning, managing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining critical Information Systems. Mr. Clay has extensive knowledge of government Information technology legal and regulatory requirements. He is a consummate visionary, manager, and system architect who specializes in applying automation to reduce cost and increase efficiency. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Masters Degree in National Resource Strategies together with extensive graduate studies in Computer Science. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate and is a graduate of the National Defense University.
