Mr. Ward has more than 30 years of professional experience in diversified and increasingly demanding positions involving planning, supervising, managing, operations, maintenance, programming, acquisition, testing, and quality assurance of command, control, computers, communications, and information systems, as well as teaching in military and civilian institutions.

As Chief Contracting Officer, Mr. Ward is responsible for negotiation, management, and administration of all contracts and subcontracts awarded to CoTs, as well as all subcontracts awarded by CoTs. He received his Masters Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University in 2009.
