Bill has executive oversight responsibility for the Core Business Area of Training and Education. This includes Marine Corps Officer Professional Military Education (OPME), Expeditionary Warfare School Expositionary Writing Instruction, USMC Range support and the Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning which provides language instructors and Subject Matter Expert (SME) personnel to provide services to both pre and post deploying USMC units. Bill is extremely dedicated to providing only the highest quality of customer service and is an ardent advocate for our employees. He conveys a hands-on leadership style and leads by example. Bill’s oversight and hands on approach are key to our continued success in the USMC Training and Education Command Distance Education Services contract that supports the USMC College of Continuing Education.
Bill has been with CoTs four years and retired from the USMC after 28 years of service. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.
