Ann Marie Gillikin is responsible for executive management and oversight of all aspects of CoTs financial strategies, processes and operations. In additional to her finance and accounting duties she also oversees executive management for all contract information. With more than 12 years of accounting experience she manages, directs and executes all areas of accounting with high accuracy and attention to detail. Areas of accounting include accounts payable, accounts receivable, audits, budgets, collections, DCAA compliance and reporting, FAR compliance, financial statement preparation and payroll. Ms. Gillikin earned her bachelor’s degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting from Strayer University. Ms. Gillikin also holds a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University.
